This robot uses the smart screwdriver and PLC control system to detect for scew loosed, screw missing, screw unstable etc.. To improve the locked effeciency , engieers design double head with double platform structure. Apply to all kinds of electronic products screw locking. Such as mobiles, Smartphones, Wireless telephones, Calculator, Navigation screen, Sounds box, Camera, Notebook,table computer,Learning machine,Intelligent appliance,, Toys etc.

 

1) Double head with double platform structure, this model can lock two kinds of screws in different torque requirements.
2) With the smart inspection function. It includes the inspection of missing locked, loose screw and other unstable locked situations.
3) Through the detection of screw height to detect the screw floating height up 0.15mm . After the floating height inspection, the screw can be reversed and re-locked.
4) With the display function of remind the wrong locations of the screw locking.
5) With the statistical function, to calculate the quantity of locked screws and unlocked screws.
6) With the statistical function and remind replacement function, to calculate the quantity of screw bits and nozzles.
7) The universal fixture has the automatic sideslip under-press cover plate, it can be adjusted the locations to apply to different mobiless with different size.
8) The products can be loaded in the front and unloaded from the back, no need to operated by human being, it can help to save the labor cost effectively.
